Originally entrusted to Hellfire Club Books and 'published' as The Alex Sanders Notebook, it soon became evident that paid for copies were not being shipped (a sadly familiar pattern) so Maxine Sanders and Sharon Day wrenched the book back (after many struggles) and produced this volume. Very scarce, but actually available!
