An amazing set of four related magazines; Weird Sex Tales, Horror Sex Tales, Monster Sex Tales and Legendary Sex Tales. Each one only reached the first issue and all have similar content, namely extravagant and explicitly erotic tales featuring monsters, aliens and other creatures. Several of the tales are credited to Ed Wood Jr., the notorious cross-dressing film director (Plan 9 from Outer Space etc) and pulp author. There are also many other tales written pseudonymously using his favoured names (such as Dick Trent). Each tale is illustrated with lurid line drawings or black & white photographs. An exceedingly rare set.
