Witches being blown away from the Brocken by Rübezahl, a folkloric spirit of the Mountains. Text on reverse roughly translates as: “Rübezahl in the Harz Mountains. Witches' commotion - mountain magic, old, young, pretty and clean; Rübezahl penetrates the circles, disturbing their dancing.”
